Wish I could be precise with dates & events, but these are my reasons.
Face masks and 'uniform' - a media 'stereotype' and not realistic patriot or militia attire.
Familiarity with LEOs at events they attend.
U-haul trucks full of 'patriots' being loaded/unloaded in restricted areas reserved for police and emergency services at events.
'Arrests' by FBI with facemasks NOT being removed while handcuffed.
Then we get to my suspicions. Why so secret? Why do they just appear/disappear after a photo-op for the MSM? Why do they not interview to express their opinions? Why is there only ever one single eloquent speaker, delivering an eductated/passionate speech. This kind of speech is exactly what you said - very rare.
To me, they absolutely are a psyop - until I'm given evidence to be convinced otherwise.

If the US publically states a minimum price of $120/oz, why would any other country sell to someone else only offering $85? They wouldn't, they'd sell to the US. The only way other countries will get the silver is to mine it themselves, or offer +$120.
There's the price floor locked in. And a great incentive for miners to expand productivity.
