We're committed to building an inclusive society for all 🏳️🌈
So, to celebrate the start of #PrideMonth, we invited our colleague May Kit Reign to raise the flag at our Swindon Head Office, spread some joy and share with us how they joined Nationwide with the help of drag.
@channel4 take a person with very severe mental health issues and lock them in a dark room for public viewing pleasure. That’s entertainment!

@RupertDale7 Would Lani have danced through the exit gate, happy with just experiences, if everyone had spent like she did and then had no prize money left? The show missed a trick in pushing the moral questions harder at the end.
@GaryLineker@BBCMOTD Hypocritical virtual signalling idiot. Stop supporting people dying in boats and stop supporting people traffickers and stop supporting Albanian criminal gangs….. stop likening people to Nazis for your own fame, your Jewish friends at Spurs will understand the gravity.
@DavidLammy@GaryLineker@BBCMOTD 🤣😂😂 such a mug. Impartiality is what the BBC is founded on, it’s just sticking to policy and tradition…. Something you know nothing about. Also, why so desperate to see people die in boats and support people trackers…. Weird ideology.
Are BBC staff told to be politically impartial as part of their employment? Yes.
Has Gary Lineker been warned about impartiality before? Yes.
Is Gary Lineker paid £1.4m of licence fee payer cash to adhere to those rules? Yes.
Is this then a free speech issue? No.
@armahajan13 @Sixtoemo Could there be patterns to different types of sexual offences? Ignoring facts makes it hard to make streets safer. We know men of all cultures commit sexual offences, solving this takes a nuanced and honest approach free from shutting down enquiries you feel uncomfortable about
@Sixtoemo Call for open honest discussion on valid points raised but then they ignored the glaring cultural element. All way too scared to mention it. Yes, men of all cultures have committed rape, it’s the patterns in the offences that needs investigating to make streets safer for women.
#ITVFootball with a group of Arsenal fans talking about Qatar LGBTQ+ rights….. then they all happily go to The Emirates for every home game and promote them on their shirts 😂🤣
@teekayy15_ @AlfieAl44707538 @Deano4x8@TheSpursExpress@Footy_Headlines@nikefootball Think you missed the point Dan. Point was it’s not our greatest ever kit. Not one we won the league in, or FA Cup or Europe…. It’s our great ever kit? Fun yes, our identity, no.
@RonJichardson If they actually felt that strongly about the laws and culture of another country, surely the really brave thing is to just not go and play - wearing an armband is hardly a protest. Entire nations have boycotted the Olympics.
@RonJichardson Threat of homophobic religious laws or migrant workers dying in construction also doesn't stop the celebs, pundits, comedians, influencers going to Dubai every year or cause protests at their global sporting events.... is this a bandwagon we're on by chance?
