@ab0ve_the_trees The smart strategy is to let people take smaller, cheaper treats and keep the team motivated, rather than struggle on and end up spending £3,000 on a teabag (like that bloke from series 1).
It’s a game of people management, nothing else.
Never fails to surprise me how many people there are that genuinely refuse to consider other people have different perspectives and values.
The more they treat Imani like this, the more she’ll spend. Imani is teaching them a good lesson.

@ab0ve_the_trees It’s not anyone’s cash until the end of the game. They have to win it first.
And they win it by, collectively, getting through and spending as little as possible. Some people are taking that to mean “spend nothing”. Daft strategy. 1/2
Can see why Sam’s restaurant failed if she was screaming that people were “weak” and “pathetic” when she wasn’t getting her way.

As a reminder,
The US has had 46 presidents. Among them, there have been 91 criminal felony charges indicted. Those charges are distributed among the presidents as in the following list:

We dont need ‘inspired’ or ‘charismatic’ anymore. We need someone aka @Keir_Starmer who is enthusiastic, has ideas and can be trusted. Someone who uses his ears more than his gob which no tory has ever done #Skydebate#BattleForNo10
@Ed_Chester@BiancaPan1947 Cont. - But… everyone had a different reason for being there. Assuming everyone was there for the money is foolish - they clearly weren’t. And the ones that weren’t had a better time.
Think a lot of people have missed the point of #TemptingFortune
Those who didn’t spend didn’t “resist temptation” all the way through. They were tempted by the money. And for that, they lost out on a great experience.
There’s the lesson.
The REAL #TemptingFortune question -
Did the coffee shop that sold a drink and a pastry for £200 also serve tea, meaning James could have got 15 cups of tea for his £3000 and not even have had to wait until he got home?
@Susie_Mi11er@BiancaPan1947 Not everyone considered the “prize” to be financial…
You might have done, and that’s probably why you’re missing the point.
@Ed_Chester@BiancaPan1947 It’s wasn’t anybody’s money. It’s absolutely foolish of anyone to think that money is “theirs” when 11 other people can spend it as they choose.
