My brand new @Marmot rain coat, second wear, and it's falling apart. Customer service is away at training and says to email. I email and the email says to call or send in for warranty. Where they will look at it in 10 days, and send it back in 6 weeks. Terrible service
@PhugoidFlyer Who was running a crew base out of BGR? I dont think anyone has in ages. I wanted to crew up out of there with someone and neither BGR or PWM had a base. Only BOS.
@apoure25 We let people leave with pay when they put their notice in if they go to a competitor. We have to to protect our interests with our customers. In addition to that, our techs all have multiple badges and clearances that sometimes require it.
