Thanks to the terrible rail replacement that left Lingfield at 12:15 and not 12:19, I have had to get a £23 taxi to Oxted. 😩@SouthernRailUK

[Lotte @Lottafrances]

@METROBUS 270 timetable change - now nothing links up with trains at East Grinstead! Commute: stuffed.

[Lotte @Lottafrances]

@SouthernRailUK why is the 0617 service to #EastGrinstead so often late? Can't rely on it to get connecting bus & forking out for taxis!

[Lotte @Lottafrances]

@hm_custserv Can I do a refund for a dress and size swap for a skirt by post?

[Lotte @Lottafrances]

@RealLowRiders #AFL was fab on Dad's birthday. But where's my favourite #LaBoogaRooga riff gone?! @tradingbo

[Lotte @Lottafrances]

@hm_custserv Ahhh the man on the phone didn't tell me that! Just said sorry and cancelled it when I said I worked! Could I re-order?

[Lotte @Lottafrances]

@hm_custserv GUTTED! Had to cancel my order of £65 worth of gorgeous trousers & shirts because you won't send to my work! I am never home!

[Lotte @Lottafrances]

@SW_Trains what a speedy reply! Thank you.

[Lotte @Lottafrances]

Toilets at #claphamjunction. An hour&20 on a delayed service w/ NO working toilet and they charged 20p! @SW_Trains

[Lotte @Lottafrances]

Who are you Stereo Kicks? And why do you think you can sing The Backstreet Boys? First The Beatles, now this?! #backstreetsback #angry #no

[Lotte @Lottafrances]

@lenadunham WHEN CAN I READ YOUR BOOK ALL THE WAY OVER HERE IN BLIGHTY? I am positively aching for those words.

[Lotte @Lottafrances]
