Great to join @CRTsoutheast team today for a boat trip on the River Lee.
They do brilliant work with the local children & community & more planned for the future.
Even more reason for water companies to stop dumping sewage into #RiverLee

🐴👩🚒Q: How does a firefighter coax a tired and distressed #horse out of a canal?
🍏🍎A: With a pocketful of apples.
😊👍Pleased to report this drama on the #OxfordCanal north of Pigeon’s Lock ended happily, thanks to the efforts of our friends at @OxonFireRescue. No long faces!
Fight your instinct to jump in and help. Stay on land and make the right call:
CALL 999 and ask for fire & rescue inland or coastguard at the coast
TELL them to float on their back
THROW them something that floats
