Congratulations to our patron, Kevin Sinfield, on his well‑deserved knighthood.
Kev has been a tireless advocate for the MND community since the diagnosis of his friend, Rob Burrow CBE, in 2019 — raising £11 million for MND charities and vital awareness.
Thank you, Sir Kev 🧡
Anyone know why I'm seeing so many AI ads about Nigel Farage? If you check the accounts they appear to be blue ticked, have 100-120 followers, many have 2 nature posts + 1 saying "tell me how are you"
I don't even post about politics!
What's happening?

@LLBruce I believe it's people like your dad who are the real victims of crimes like this. Not only has their money been stolen before it could be used in the way they intended, but also their trust has been abused.
Did you know that sand beneath disposable BBQs can stay dangerously hot long after the BBQ has been removed?
Hot sand can lead to serious burns.
This summer, remember: cool the sand, not just the BBQ.
Cool it properly - Dispose of it safely - Prevent Burns

For someone living with motor neurone disease, every day matters.
But the average wait for vital home adaptations through the council is 12 months.
People with MND don’t have time to wait.
Contact your local councillor and call for a faster Disabled Facilities Grant process so people with MND get they help they need when they need it.

Happy Easter! He is risen!
As we celebrate the glorious dawn of resurrection morning, we rejoice in how the risen Saviour continues to bring life from the most impossible situations today – including in Iran.
“Before the war, I shared about Jesus with a friend. She heard the gospel, but she wasn’t interested,” ‘Leila’ says. “After the protests, I saw her again and this time, she told me she wanted to accept Jesus as her Lord and Saviour.
“Even when I cannot be there, God is there. He is saving lives, reaching hearts and turning even the most horrific situations into moments of salvation. He has His ways.”
Praise God for how Christ's resurrection power is at work in Iran and elsewhere worldwide, breaking through where death and darkness seem to have the last word. Hallelujah! Please continue to pray that God’s all-surpassing power will reveal the life of Jesus through our persecuted family. Thank you!

Do Christian Writers Need a Statement of Faith? 7 Reasons It Matters for Your Writing Ministry from Lori Hatcher on @EdieMelson https://t.co/1r0uiikC7s #writing#writinglife
Please pray – more than 300 girls and 12 teachers have been taken from a school in Niger, north west #Nigeria, in one of the largest ever mass abductions in the country.
The incident happened in the early hours of Friday (21 November) at St Mary’s, a school in Agwara Local Government Area (LGA). The number taken includes 88 students who were captured as they tried to escape. However, 50 of those taken have since managed to escape over the weekend. It’s believed that 253 students and teachers remain held.
St Mary’s is a Catholic school, though it is not yet known what percentage of those taken are Christians.
Please pray
• For the families of these girls, that God will give them wisdom as they navigate this awful situation and determine the next steps in ensuring their daughters’ freedom
• That the efforts of the police and armed forces will be successful in ensuring the safe and swift release of those held captive, and for no further kidnappings
• For the Christian girls among those taken, that their faith will be strong and a testimony to those around them.
