@SovereignBain I remember as a child my grandmother used to start a whip round within the community for the young couples who were getting married. So it still existed in a similar fashion in the 1970’s & 1980’s. My mother made wedding cakes for people and the whole community would contribute .

SCOTLAND🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿: A 35YO man has been arrested following the death of a 9YO girl found seriously injured at an industrial estate in Arbroath.

Police were called to Elliot Industrial Estate at 12.02am today. The girl was taken to hospital but later died.
