Chronic fatigue syndrome took away my chance to be a mum. I feel like today it’s finally sunk in. I’m not sure how to handle the grief so have packed it away for now. #MothersDayUK

@Outlook I hate doing this but your customer service is appalling! In a week no one has been able to help me access one of my 2 accounts after upgrading my phone. I’ve now had to set a brand new email as my old phone doesn’t work. It’s a nightmare. Why can’t I speak to a human!

@TNLUK is there an issue with adding a card? Set up a new account with a different email as the new app wouldn’t let me log in with my original details and now I can’t add my debit card. Too many bugs on this update guys!
