@paul_addicott @LondonMarathon @newbalance @UKRunChat @nationalrunshow @dads_running @runnersworlduk @runr_uk @FitnessRewards1 I am doing 8 Parkruns in our local hilly park. My amazing running club & friends are supporting me with laps and cheering.

I will run 2 laps, walk 1, etc.

No PB, but my mission is completion. That in itself will be tough!
