@AmericanAir So it no longer pays to be an #AAloyaltymember Regardless of status, it’s the customer who has to pay. No miles earned on Basic Economy and no more free seat selection. However, pay $100+ more in fare, and a loyalty member can use their benefits. #makeitmakesense
@AmericanAir ISO a new airline that actually values customer loyalty vs. trying to charge customers for it. At the very least you could have grandfathered us into the benefits we spent way too much on already. And then implement your ridiculous changes once our current status expired.

That 61% increase this time last year for this awful season now, after tanking the Finals and trading Luka.. now this little 2% increase being called “no increase”… this new org is just laughing at their season ticket holders and calling it loyalty recognition.

@pob0321@townbrad A 31% increase 2 years ago; 61% last year and now a 5% increase. For one game. My renewal equates to a little over 2% increase in my price per game, per ticket. Yes that’s low, but it’s not “no increase” as stated in their email.

@AshleyHomeStore you can’t deliver me damaged furniture and then refuse to speak to me, and expect me to pay. I refused most of my delivery yesterday. Should have refused it all. I need this server picked up immediately and replaced with one that is not damaged.
