Repeated poor-quality and spoiled product deliveries from @ZeptoNow and @zeptocares are becoming a serious consumer issue.

Today again received spoiled/curdled milk. This is not the first complaint. Different quality issues keep happening repeatedly with orders.

Now the refund process itself feels like a tactic to avoid responsibility:
Chat support → Ask for photos → Ask to send email → No proper response.

Many normal customers may not know how to escalate through emails or social media and may simply lose their money for poor-quality food products.

This is not just a refund issue anymore. It is a consumer rights and food safety issue affecting customers regularly.

Requesting concerned authorities to investigate repeated quality complaints and customer handling practices.

However, this required a public tweet to get attention. It would be better if customer issues are resolved quickly through normal support channels.

Also, please improve product quality checks before delivery to avoid such cases.

This is not acceptable.

A visibly spoiled/damaged product was delivered without inspection, along with a missing item.

Now complaints are pushed to email with delays and no proper response. This is the worst strategy to delay resolution.

Until this improves, it’s better to switch to other apps.

Facing an issue with my booking and need assistance
Journey details:
Milan → Abu Dhabi → Chennai

Etihad cancelled my Abu Dhabi → Chennai flight due to regional airspace closures. Milan → Abu Dhabi is now rescheduled to 12 March. Because of this my journey to Chennai cannot be completed.

Etihad support said I am eligible for free rebooking via alternate routes such as Abu Dhabi → Bangalore. However MakeMyTrip is offering only a refund and not assisting with rerouting.

Could @EtihadHelp @etihad and @makemytrip please help with rerouting so I can complete my journey to Chennai?
