@StockMKTNewz $LITE I dont understand why are we falling when the deal is supposed to be 29% premium to the current share price. Am i missing somehting?
@StockMKTNewz $MRVL This deal with $LITE is much better for Marvel than Lite because its all stock deal and this means that Marvel will go up and will gain more revenue so in long term this deal will make Marvel look cheap and a very good deal.
@StockSavvyShay most analysts are useless. When the stock price drops, they lower price target; when the stock price rises, they raise price target... And what they do is just a normal retail trader's behavior

SPACEX IN TALKS TO BUY BOOST MOBILE OR ACCESS ITS NETWORK: WAPO
SpaceX $SPCX is reportedly in talks with EchoStar $ECHO over a potential acquisition of Boost Mobile or a deal to use its wireless network, as Elon Musk looks to launch a full-fledged U.S. cellphone service.
Musk previously approached Verizon $VZ, AT&T $T and T-Mobile $TMUS seeking access to their networks, but all three rejected the proposal.
He then met with EchoStar Chairman Charlie Ergen last month to discuss a potential deal.
Boost Mobile is an existing low-cost U.S. wireless carrier that sells phone plans to consumers using network access leased from AT&T and T-Mobile.
Acquiring Boost could give SpaceX an established wireless business, an existing customer base and access to nationwide cellular coverage without having to build its entire ground infrastructure from scratch.
That would offer Musk a potential shortcut into the estimated $235B U.S. wireless market.
The idea is to combine Starlink's satellite coverage with traditional cellular networks, which remain essential in densely populated cities where direct-to-satellite connections are less efficient.
SpaceX also recently agreed to acquire roughly $8B in additional wireless spectrum to support its mobile ambitions.
However, Boost's existing network agreements may not automatically transfer to SpaceX, meaning AT&T and T-Mobile could still need to approve access.
Talks remain ongoing, and no deal has been reached.
