Despite @easyJet replying to my last tweet with ‘please DM us to assist you’
They are in fact no help. Left stranded in the airport and just told to rebook our flight home in 5 days. Impossible to get through to customer service and no ground staff at the airport. What do we do..

@easyJet overbook every flight and we have been denied boarding to the flight we had booked because of this, yet they can’t fly us home for 5 days.
How is this fair and how does this make sense #easyjet

Currently stranded in Malta as @easyJet overbooked our flight and we have been denied boarding despite having boarding passes and designated seats.
No ground crew at the airport and impossible to get through on the phone. Need to speak to someone ASAP #easyjet
