In that regard, kailangan din kilalanin ang pagboto ng mga estudyante sa mga kandidato dahil pasok pa rin sila sa 12 seats na kailangan dito

Kailangan din bumuo ng mechanism sa pagpuno ng natitira pang vacancies whether through appointment ng ALC (like CSL sa UPLB), pagrevisit din sa mga nangahas na tumakbo noong Mayo para maglingkod, or kung ano pa mang mapagkakaisahan ng student body para sa ating repressntasyon.

Mahalaga na kilalanin at irespeto ang pagpili ng mga estudyante na hindi bumoto para sa kahit sinong councilor habang inaaddress din ang mga rason for abstaining, ngunit hindi tiyak na iisa nga lang ang rason na yun kaya

Sa pagpapatuloy ng ating mga laban, kakaharapin ng mga kabataan kasama ng USC ang lumalalang militarization at privatization ng ating mga pamantasan, budget cut sa SUCs, banta ng Mandatory ROTC, at intensifying tension sa WPS among other issues sa lumalalang krisis under BBM.

Honest question: Where in the agenda is the time to discuss plans to fill in the 10 vacant seats for councilor? As long as vacancies aren't addressed ASAP, the USC won't be able to effectively perform its role in youth & nat'l campaigns and its committee system can't fully work.

at pangunguna sa mga kampanya bilang mga estudyante at mga Pilipino, bagay na mas epektibong magagawa kasama ng isang buo at matibay na USC. Hamon ito para sa atin na itulak din ang pagbubuo ng USC at pananawagan sa admin na kilalanin ang pagkilos ng mga estudyante para rito.

State forces deployed a fire truck and used a water cannon against the protesting transport workers before arresting the six leaders in Bacolod City earlier today, September 18.

As of writing, the leaders remain detained at Bacolod City Police Station 2. PISTON asserts that there were no valid grounds for their detentions and has called for their immediate release.

The six are planning to file countercharges against Bacolod City police for the violent dispersal and illegal arrests.
