I'm at the scabby half off half on stage. Pick with the chance of bleeding or leave and walk around with a tempting edge all day. ⚖ #MentalHealthAwareness
Right! Back to it. I've been slacking. Zero tolerance to squeezing, scratching, picking or rubbing bumps and blemishes on my skin. Starts now. (I'd allowed low level and that always only goes one way 👎) #Dermatillomania#BFRB#dustyourselfoffandtryagain
Observation: I scratch both my elbows v little but in equal measure. Yet the good one is much more resilient and even after an actual w scratching session it still feels and look normal, whereas with the bad one, the tiniest rubbing makes it worsen. Pictorial proof included.
Thanks lovely. Day 3 today and they're still not fussed. I'm like a child at Christmas excited to spend my day off with them tomorrow. https://t.co/J5Pr35V7Y5
@LouiseSebat Omg I know the feeling! I cried the nights before, dropping her off, and in the day care lobby. Other moms all gave me hugs because they know how hard it is. It will get easier! Sending virtual hug!

Great read on appealing insurance for mental illness coverage. My medical bills from skin picking disorder aka Dermatillomania treatment and surgeries is off the wall. Especially since the disorder was only officially recognized in 2013. https://t.co/CItw4TGeGP

Have completed four days of this. Not only do I love the 10 min relax that feels like I'm soaking up the sun, it seems to be helping my skin too. @Neutrogena#skincare#NewYearNewYou#BFRB https://t.co/vb0x8YPMlI
