Outraged by how I’ve just been treated at @asda in Canterbury. Shouted at by pharmacy assistant and my prescription announces for all to hear! @AsdaServiceTeam do you think this is acceptable?

@evrisupportline not impressed - you collected a parcel worth £150 from me on 19th. It says it is still with you. I raised a case 3 days ago which has not been responded to. It won’t let me raise another case and when I phone, I can’t get through to anyone. I need that money!

Very disappointed in terrible customer service from @HelloFreshUK - took a week for a manager call back that was promised within 48 hours and then the response to the complaint was appalling. Won’t be using them again - trying Gousto today and hoping they are better.

Can everyone see the issue with this bench?? @Homebase_uk think it’s fine and won’t replace the faulty piece! Such disappointing customer service. Won’t be shopping there again and I would advise no one else to either!
