I like the mood of black & white, especially on portraits. Using a film camera and lenses with a fixed focal length and no autofocus is challenging but fun, although I switched to digital after I broke my dad's workhorse in the Three Kingdom TV/Movie Studio in Wuxi while taking stills from a battle performance on horseback.
