Worth listening to, I agree. But note that Mr Gove talked of badging and labelling. These are branding approaches to standards with a danger of puff and hype. What's at stake (steak?) at present is real standards on health, enviro, animals and information. Put them in law!!
@QUBFoodProf I tried to being this subject up in in a radio interview and cut down and told there will be now bashing or questioning if the supermarkets. What deal was done with as @ProfTimLang said they got a £2bn gift what else???

“Why can I crowd Oxford’s supermarkets but not its Ashmolean Museum? Why are people trusted to “socially distance” in a DIY shop but not in a garden centre or a National Trust park?” https://t.co/klZcrs8bVE
Read this comment, and sign the petition. As a vulnerable wheelchair user who hasn’t been able to secure a supermarket delivery, I am additionally appalled by their treatment of suppliers whilst raking in their billions. I will be boycotti... https://t.co/XltOCG4iuS via @UKChange
