Was supposed to be delivered on 11th May it's still not delivered when I called they said that due to staff shortage it was not delivered I can't expect such a reply from a big organisation not at all happy with the service

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the poor service I have experienced.Despite being assured multiple times by your customer care representatives that my product would be delivered on time, it has not yet arrived.
The boy has become a man on this tour. Siraj, Leader of the attack in his first Test series and he has led from.the front. The way newcomers have performed for India on this tour will be etched in memories for a long long time. Will be fitting if they retain the trophy.
