Tomorrow detained Zimbabwean journalist Blessed Mhlanga will be in court at 2.30 PM to hear the magistrate deliver his ruling on whether he will get bail or not after being detained even though he didn’t commit any crime.

Please could those who are free to attend the bail ruling go tomorrow, Blessed is a journalist and if journalists are silenced, it means society have been silenced.

It is essential for a healthy democracy to protect journalists' rights and allow them to perform their duties without fear of retaliation.

Ultimately, the outcome of Blessed's case will have significant implications not only for him as an individual but also for the broader state of press freedom and democracy in Zimbabwe.
