@DStvNg It wasn't until i got up and insisted they attend to me since i wasn't even going to purchase anything but needed sorting out of my account subscription that they attended to me and with such disregard. And it took just about 5mins to attend to me...Imagine!

@DStvNg The worst experience i have ever had. I regret going there. I spent over 2hours there for what would take me only 5mins! I couldn't believe it! They were nonchallant about how many people were waiting for hours giving excuse that there was no network.
