@Lowes I placed an order to pickup at Lowe’s in Bedford my at 130 pm yesterday. I was told on the phone that they don’t know when it will be ready. I need these items for our landscaper tomorrow morning. It’s been over 24 hours. Can someone please get my order together?

Wow @SamsungSupport. We bought a brand new dryer from you. It’s broken. We’ve spent hours on the phone attempting to deal with this and are being lied to by your service partners and in-house staff. So disgusted with this.
I’ve had some awful customer service in my life. But @verizon you’ve totally outdone yourselves and topped my list of bad tonight. Still ongoing if anyone cares. The 8 people I’ve talked to so far haven’t.
