@BankofIndia_IN @BankofIndia_IN Nothing is resolved. My complaint reached the branch and they marked it as resolved. Just because it was a complaint against the branch manager, why can't I avail the loan? My salary account is in Bank of India. I will send a letter with all these details to @RBI

@BankofIndia_IN @RBI @CMOfficeUP Despite holding a salary account for 10 months at BKID 007610 Fatehgarh Branch Farrukhabad 209601, Bank of India denied me a personal loan, and said that bank don't give loans to employees working at private companies.
