@GrabMY I am unable to receive a refund now because I was forced to cancel the ride myself, even though it was the driver who refused to cancel the booking despite being the one denying us the ride. Your customer service personnel blame it on me for cancelling. @GrabMY

Is this the standard of customer service being provided now?
The driver refused to fetch us simply because we were a group of 4, claiming an AXIA could only take 3 passengers โ something we have never encountered before despite taking multiple AXIA rides previously.
There is no reason for me to cancel an advance booking I am going to catch a sunrise and I show up early 5.56am but missed the train up and have to wait another 30min my trip was ruined.
