@TeamTurboTax Hi Brycen! Thank you but I also called and asked the representative for clarification and all she did was direct me to file and when I asked she then told me that I can request a refund. I would have explored other options that best suited me. My return was simple me and 2 kids.

Senara H. then told me shes shed me an email on how to get a refund knowing I couldn't. Not only that the email says the situation was resolved when it wasn't! I will never used your product again! It wasnt a charge last year! @turbotax @TeamTurboTax

Turbo Tax should be ashamed! Charging for having your taxes taken out of your refund. I called to inquire and while the "expert" was cobrowsing to help, she instructed me right to completing my taxes without helping me understand why I was being charged! @turbotax @TeamTurboTax
