NAV 2 and 3 Arrival Update:

Weather conditions are looking good, so we are expecting the arrival of NAV 2 and 3 tomorrow morning.

The barge carrying NAV 2 & 3 is being towed by the Tug SMS Shoalbuster, reaching Lowestoft at approximately 9am on Wednesday 29th March.

Should they want further info on examples of how to sensitively develop historic railway structures, I’d be only too keen to assist. But current design falls short of adequacy IMHO: any conservation officer should note that it detracts from the historic building.

@LowestoftCentr1 @EastSuffolk More to the point, why aren’t unused areas of the building being used first? This proposal is very silly, appears to be going against all the principles of sensitive re-use and could get a lot of people needlessly very cross indeed.
