J ust an FYI for anyone thinking of flying with @etihad, rather than take responsibility for the £100s of damage they’ve caused, they suggested we take it up with our travel insurance!? No respect at all for your customers or their possessions, it’s outrageous!

@etihad after 6-7 months travelling SE Asia, zero issues with our bags, a flight with you and BOTH of our bags come back damaged in several places, so badly they’re now not fit to use - you call this is ‘minor’ damage? Would not recommend Etihad, awful customer service

Oh yes, AND you didn’t load my allergen meal on my flight (preordered), so I had to get by on a pot of peppers for 6hrs. ‘Providing For Customers’ is apparently one of your main values - we’ve experienced none of this and are really disappointed with our time with Etihad
