@think_in_points I also tried to file but got stuck at the end as interest and fees is showing 2500 charge under 234b and 234c. I am salaried and had only FD and saving interest. I think there is a bug in utilities. Can you check you form if you have been charged penalty or not?

@HPCL der is a HP petrol pump nearby, washes its floor everyday in the morning. Good right? No. The water flows to nearby T-point on road and bcz of tht there are big potholes. Road repaired many times bt same problem bcz of tht petrol pump. Wasting water as well. Take action.
