@qatarairways on my way to Auckland on QR920. My first 6.5 hour flight LGW-DOH had entertainment issues despite being reset did not work for the whole flight, is there anything you can do to compensate for this? Thanks

Faulty helmet returned 16/05/19.
After lots of chasing and dead end phone calls 18/6/19 - located helmet it is being returned from @BellRacingHQ back to @demon_tweeks and told it will be with us soon. 25/06/19 still NO helmet DT customer service cannot find it now? Where is it?!
@Demon_Tweeks@BellRacingHQ I’ve spoken to customer services and no one seems to know where it is, ‘somewhere in europe’ is what we got told, going to BELL direct we believe it may of just after 4 weeks turned up with them in Belgium? Do you have any further updates?
