@British_Airways flight from Grenoble (yesterday) cancelled…new flight from Lyon this morning…delayed! 3 young children, €200 taxi to new airport, up at 4.30am to make flight - and still not on a flight!

@British_Airways flight cancelled, next flight delayed. No compensation for the cancelled flight! The flight 1hr later flew, the flight 1hr before flew, the easyJet flight flew. It was not because of adverse weather conditions and it is not a good enough excuse to avoid EU261!

@British_Airways been on hold for 40min…still can’t log on to executive club online (or the iPhone) trying to book flights! Is it worth waiting n the phone any longer!! Also come on it is now the 20th!!!

@HumaxUK @freesat_tv How long is this likely to take? it’s been 2 days now! I’m with Sky broadband too which also seems to be the problem!
