@AudiUK @BMW @VolvoCarUK @Jaguar @LandRover_UK @MercedesBenz Thanks @AudiUK I’ll be in contact and look forward to seeing some cars.

I am going to buy a secondhand car. Have contacted/visited @BMW @VolvoCarUK @Jaguar @LandRover_UK no one has got back to me or seems interested. Maybe @AudiUK or @MercedesBenz would be keen to take my money? #40k

@mark_nathan6 Hi, I was booked on ba386 2nd April to Grenoble and have just had compensation claim rejected. Wondered if you had any different outcome? Also rejected my additional expense claim from Lyon….! Thanks

@deandunham @lucrezianews @Onmeed @British_Airways Can you let me know what an ADR provider is, I’ve been waiting since a cancelled flight in March!! Claim submitted in April. Out of pocket for lost luggage and onward travel costs

[David Newey @DavidOfNewey]

@sheg579363 @British_Airways I’ve been waiting since March…… told I’m in the ‘queue’, but won’t say where or how long till we get a response

@mitchell_hurd @GWRHelp Yup - the nice seating was there - but it was standard seating at both ends of the train….! With no sliding doors or 1st class head rests. Just can’t see how they can sell a 1st class ticket and not provide the cabin???

[David Newey @DavidOfNewey]

@GWRHelp I’m on a train from Reading to Gatwick that has no first class. Yet I have a first class ticket. How do I claim a refund? Thanks

[David Newey @DavidOfNewey]

@GWRHelp Yes I got a standard class seat thanks. But please advise me how to claim my money back for the first class ticket I paid for?

[David Newey @DavidOfNewey]

@GWRHelp I have a first class off peak return from Dorking. The train I am on is 3 carriages all standard class?

[David Newey @DavidOfNewey]

@British_Airways Can you confirm you will pay the interest on the money I had to spend in credit card due to issues cause by you? I’m almost £1000 out of pocket on transport and lost luggage items….it really isn’t acceptable to give no timescales.

[David Newey @DavidOfNewey]

@British_Airways Hi, I know you are busy and have a backlog to work through. No problems. I am happy to wait, but I submitted a claim nearly 2 months ago now and not heard anything? (After initial acknowledgment) What’s the current eta on a case being looked at? Thanks

[David Newey @DavidOfNewey]

@DunelmUK our toaster we bought from you less than 1 year ago has packed up. No receipt, but I hope you can help, as I would really expect it too last longer!

[David Newey @DavidOfNewey]

@British_Airways still nothing from you on my wife’s bag….. I assume it’s the weekend and therefore we should wait until Monday?

[David Newey @DavidOfNewey]

@British_Airways please help. We’ve got to our destination with no bags. Urgently need medicine in one of these and your online system won’t take our details. Please can someone call us? Thanks 🙏

[David Newey @DavidOfNewey]

@British_Airways I have spoken to your French baggage team who have told me they are unable to help. I cannot get through to your UK team. Please help!!!!
