@Argos_Online I’m sure this goes against all statutory rights. Yours is the only store I know that won’t allow exchanges. Won’t be shopping with you again and I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid.

Really disappointed with @Argos_Online my son got a duplicate present for his birthday, tried to exchange and wouldn’t let us without the receipt/order number. Got the order number off our friend, tried to exchange, processed it then said money would go back to the account..

Earliest an engineer can come out is Thursday afternoon. Asked what to do in the meantime, just dismissed and told to turn the boiler off, so no hot water or heating with a 6 month old and under 3 in the house. Also told we would have to pay an excess. Absolutely disgusting.

We had @BritishGas out for our yearly boiler service the other day, all fine. Now our boiler is over pressurising and making a loud vibrating the whole house. Husband bled the radiators to bring the pressure down, but keeps happening. Rang and kept getting cut off.

Hey @nextofficial I got this cardigan in store for my son before Christmas. He’s worn it a couple of times and the stitching is coming away. It’s 3-6 months so he doesn’t move enough to warrant this happening. Can you help please?

Now I can’t reorder on the app as it’s too soon so will be out of meds until I can speak to a doctor. Which is great when I’m post partum with a history of PNA.

Ordered my repeat prescription from @BootsUK when I was quite pregnant - ended up having a baby early and forgot to get it. Now ran out of my medication (for anxiety) so went to collect to be told they only hold it for 5 weeks.

I checked the date I ordered - 15th September. Which is 5 weeks tomorrow. So why has my prescription been removed a day or more early? @BootsUK Gapton Hall Great Yarmouth.
