@BootsHelp hello I purchased these spot patches from your Birmingham bullring store to find when I opened them only one sachet meant to be three in the box. I purchased them on self checkout no receipt came out as I didn't expect to need it. Is there anything you can do?

@BootsHelp hello, can you tell me why my local boots in Birmingham bullring is closing all their self checkouts hour before closing, leaving everyone to use the tills which were manned by 2 people causing a massive queue. I had no time to wait in a queue so couldn't buy my items

@WestMidRailway so all trains going towards Walsall Bloxwich were cancelled or severely delayed so train announcement was made telling passengers to find another way to travel home would be advised. I've had to opt for an uber so can I claim for this as your service failed

@nxwestmidlands can you tell me why no services to cannock from Birmingham are running and told no drivers happens quite a lot and I can never get home

@nxwestmidlands can I just ask why the 6.30pm x51 from Birmingham to cannock hasn't turned up and now been waiting 52mins why do you have so many 51 services to Walsall and not any cannock services

@WestMidRailway hello why are trains from Bloxwich to Birmingham New St so delayed you've been striking surely you knew about the weather. Cold weather can't be an excuse for severe delays to this train service. Are the trains running today from Bloxwich see some just say delayed

@NOWHelpTeam hey trying to watch new season of housewives of miami on hayu on my now tv app and watched 1st episode fine but trying to watch 2nd one and says must have a hayu membership I do have one lol otherwise wouldn't be able to watch it in the first place

@WestMidRailway I commute to and from work from Bloxwich to Birmingham New St and without fail the trains are always delayed to and from work. Always the issue when on my way back there is a train in front which delays my train from being on time even if its early such a joke...

@nxwestmidlands hey, can you tell me why x51 from cannock to Birmingham one bus didn't turn up and next one was 20mins late when the rail strike is on so this was my way to get to work mot acceptable was standing waiting from 10 to 8 not a single bus til 10 to 9 😠

@CrossCountryUK hey I plan to be travelling back to Birmingham New St from Bath Spa on Wednesday. I prebooked these tickets a while ago not knowing another strike was to happen. We leave Bath 18.18pm was wondering will my train be disrupted?
