🇺🇸 Why a takeover on $BB is likely:

1) Strategic Asset: #QNX is vital to AI and US defense.
2) Political Weakness: #Canada is isolated and seeking support in a struggling #EU.
3) #Shareholder Structure: 99% free float = no effective internal defense.
4) Geopolitics: The "Monroe Doctrine" 2.0 pushes for total control of supply chains.

In this scenario, the US could consider BlackBerry
an "endangered" asset. If the software that manages sensitive American data resides in a country flirting with Chinese influence via the EU, the acquisition becomes a strategic preemptive expropriation.

If "National Security" comes into play, the stock price
