GPT-5.4-Mini - Cheapest option. Fast and accurate, will notice occasional things that are too hard for it and you can switch to GPT-5.4.
GPT-5.3-Codex - Code freak. Can use if you only care about generating code.

Totally agree re: CC vs OC.

The magic of OpenClaw for me is what it unlocked when I’m AFK. Before it, I felt completely hamstrung when I wasn’t at my computer.

But when I’m at my machine, I’m back to running Claude Code and Codex in multiple terminals.

Even OC’s creator does his dev work via multiple Codex terminals, not a discord full of OpenClaw threads.

while threat-modeling with Jace (my AI agent), he flagged that hidden CSS/HTML text could be used for indirect prompt injection...

worked with him to draft an agent-ready GitHub issue, and 25 hours later @steipete shipped a fix 😊
