@pippy200_ Sorry to hear that. It's very strange that the email isn't coming through. I guess you can find out if anything changed with your network and maybe try restarting your mobile device and try again to see if you get it on iMessage again.

@pippy200_ That's interesting that you never got the OTP via email. Do you see the folder called "All Mail" I was referring to?

@pippy200_ One last attempt, can you open the last OTP you got from them. Then on the right hand side click on the "three dots". Then you will click on "Filter messages like this". Then hit Search. This should show all messages like that. Hopefully should work.
