I had a herniated disc a while back which is probably the reason for the pain as it did hit a nerve in my back a while ago which may still be damaged but i dont want to speculate too much

Soooo got this is embarrassing…. The cooling paste on my cpu was just. Gone. Which may have caused aaallll my issues oh also the psu cable got damaged which is why it didnt turn on
