The World Wrestling Peace Festival played a role in a young Kevin’s connections to pro wrestling - which means he’s known @RonRiv3 for just over 30 years now. Ron lead to Kevin meeting Konnan and Konnan lead to Kevin meeting Ruben who had a company called Masked Republic - making masks & gear for wrestlers. (Ruben had also promoted events in San Diego with Rey Misterio Sr. as his partner and was helping with U.S. bookings for numerous luchadores.) It was also where he he bought his first lucha mask- an Ultimo Dragon one he finally got signed a few weeks ago after working with the legend for many years.
