how do you receive a voucher for flights to Spain at beginning of August? When I log into account it only gives the option of changing the flight yet you replied to my tweet yesterday saying “you can either change your flight or request a voucher”. Thanks.

@easyJet we are due to fly to Spain on 9th August but have just seen that the U.K. government have advised against non essential travel to Spain. Please can you advise what will happen to our booking? Many thanks.

@easyJet Help Please! I’m still waiting for a refund for a flight you cancelled in April. It’s been over 90 days now. Please help. I’ve spent 4 hours on hold today on the phone and still no response!!

@easyJet I’ve spent 5 hours on hold to you today and still couldn’t get through! This is ridiculous. I’ve waited OVER 90 days for my refund for a flight cancelled in April and now you have just changed my August one. I need to speak to someone.
