Well that doesn’t really help now does it. You have someone monitoring your twitter account so quickly but you can’t reply to queries for flights in less than 3 days (which is the average customer service wait time!)

Hi @TomTugendhat as my local MP could you care to tell me when a Covid test will become available spent the last 4 days at home unable to book one and unable to work because I can't get a test. I work in schools so unable to go in as I'm showing symptoms.

Simply not good enough! @BorisJohnson you want the key workers to work but don't want people in work if showing symptoms yet when I try to get a test for the safety of the kids and staff I work with, I can't get one. Last 4 days no test centres, no home kits. Any help Boris?
