@piersmorgan I have a friend who works for @MercedesBenz, they are still being made to go to work for the rest of the week and starting next week being forced to take annual leave. Surely this isn't right?! The going to work AND the leave?! How is this essential? Who's buying a car right now?

Hey @AerLingus and @British_Airways having a nightmare with my missing suitcase and getting nowhere since Saturday night. Have been dealing with AL however they are waiting on BA ground staff to update to say if the bag is there. This has been going on since Sunday. PLEASE HELP!

Hey @AerLingus your service continues to be pretty shocking, whilst @British_Airways are doing their best to help. My bag is at the airport, your staff there just need to sort it out. Have had no response through here and your helpline hasnt been particularly helpful.
