Regarding the current situation on ao3
I do understand why people tend to read only finished works, even if it's really discouraging seeing how few clicks a new chapter generates.

What's even more disturbing is that due to the many downtimes, it's a gamble to post a new chapter

I could upload older chapters of mine, mine bonus chapters and too hot as well for download (same requirements as before) (too hot might be a bit faster as my only copy already is on google drive)

Update to my readers: I'll update the bonus chapters as well as too hot to handle when ao3 runs stable again - unfortunately I hit downtime the last two tries, and as I do need to do some formatting on the page, I won't try again till they're ready.
