How easy should it be to report #fraud? @BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays @BarclaysUK Should it involve several phone calls around 30mins in length? Or should it be simple, report in-app, an obvious number to call! ATM It’s so convoluted, with so many hoops to jump. Very disappointing!

Today I couldn’t get to the platform because there was no lift, only stairs & I couldn’t get my baby’s pram up the stairs.
What if I’d been in a wheelchair? Or unable to use stairs? What’s #publictransport if not everyone can use it?#accessibility

Why are Border Force only calling people @TVNaga01 @BBCBreakfast @grantshapps? Anyone can lie on a phone call! Surely people quarantining should be visited in person, from a safe distance??? With challenging questions asked! Mobile phones can be answered anywhere!
