@waitrose delivery slot set (and paid for) 16-1700. Gets delayed to 18:15-18:45. I inform what sounds like bot on live chat that I won’t be home. Chat then tells me it’s due to arrive at 16:30. It doesn’t. App suddenly updates slot to 16-17:00 again and stays that way
I call at 17:30 and told it’s still coming but they don’t know when.
Have to go out at now 2 hours past my slot. Delivery is attempted and failed obviously.
I now have to wait 5 days for a refund and have to buy food again on top of that. 0/10 customer service @waitrose
@MichelleLisaL@GNRailUK@TfL I thought the same for the first month. Kept thinking I was just hitting bad luck of it being closed! Signs on the gates say early Spring fix but looks like they’re behind schedule changing those lightbulbs
@MichelleLisaL@GNRailUK@TfL You can transfer. Have to walk down the platform though. Only the first two tunnels are taped up (and have been since before Christmas 🙄)
It’s been this dark for the last DECADE I’ve been travelling. Why is it suddenly an uninfixable excuse? I’ve changed lightbulbs at home in this time. Give me the bulbs and I’ll do it myself. I’ve flown around the world the last two weeks and these gates are still blocked.

@withplum can’t get into the app to move money. App was just hanging and then logged me out and now it won’t send me the email link to log back in. Website says app is fully operational but that’s not what I’m experiencing?
Our police are not saints don’t get me wrong, but the one time I got pulled over on the motorway he told me off for not picking a safe enough spot.

Absolute scam artists @NiceHashMining. I apparently can’t close my account because I have funds in it. I can’t transfer those funds because I’m below the minimum threshold. So they’re going to charge me an inactive account fee instead.
