Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson ripped her colleagues for fast-tracking cases on the court’s emergency docket.

Jackson said, "Why is it that one party should get a fast pass to the Supreme Court of the United States, when so many other parties are queued up, waiting patiently for the court’s attention?”

“If we’re not careful, the emergency docket can and will become an end run around the standard review process, a special avenue that certain privileged litigants can use selectively,” she added.

The emergency docket has cleared the way for mass firings of career federal employees, high-profile terminations of Democratic appointees, deportations, and immigration stops — all without the full briefing schedules and oral arguments that typically accompany Supreme Court decisions.

The guy who asked the question, who was Persian and from Iran, had family members who had been murdered, family members who had been beaten because they didn’t wear their hijab correctly, and family members who had been whipped. He outlined all of this, and all you got was some kind of word salad. He couldn’t condemn the IRGC, which has American blood on its hands in Iraq. They killed our soldiers. As a matter of fact, this is the same group that tried to carry out a terrorist attack in Washington, D.C., to kill the Saudi ambassador. He can’t condemn that. But behind closed doors, he tells people, ‘Well, we can’t really do this because people are sad.’ He is dishonest. He’ll tell you one thing behind closed doors. Then he’ll tell you something completely different with this word salad and try to confuse people. And by the way, this audience was overwhelmingly young students. He wants to make sure you don’t know exactly where he stands. Listen, I just think this is so disqualifying. Tell us who you are, Abdul. Tell us where you stand on these things. Pick your team. BREAKING: Federal law enforcement sources confirm to @FoxNews that the suspect arrested for stabbing two UMass Dartmouth football players over the weekend, killing one, is a Nigerian national who had been in the U.S. illegally as a B-2 visa overstay, but was shielded from deportation by the Biden administration in 2022 when they granted his request for “deferred action” (a discretionary choice by the U.S. government to delay deportation). He then applied for deferred action again in 2025, and the Trump administration approved it and again shielded him from deportation.

Chukwunonso Uzoma David Uzoma Eze was taken into custody by police in Providence, RI after the stabbings, which happened in the parking lot of a lounge, and he is now charged with murder.

AI FORCE: President Donald Trump announces plans for a new artificial intelligence initiative and says he'll soon name an AI czar.

The president vowed not to "hinder or stifle" the rapidly developing industry as the U.S. competes with China, saying existing criminal and civil laws can address wrongdoing.

Trump also predicted AI could eventually account for as much as 25% of U.S. GDP, comparing its potential impact to the Industrial Revolution and the internet.
