@Dyson I cannot recommend Dyson products due to my recent experience. My fan stopped working a few years after purchase, i been told that they don't have the replacement part and suggested upgrading to a new version. This lack of support for older products has been disappointing.

Dyson typically designs its products to be durable, and they should work reliably for many years. I had high expectations for the durability and reliability of Dyson products.

@Dyson @Dyson I already had a discussion with one of @AskDyson's members and they weren't helpful, they said the fan is unable to be fixed and not offering me fair compensation. All I'm asking is fair compensation so that I can afford to upgrade to a new Dyson fan.

@Dyson Avoid buying any products from @Dyson they won’t be able to fix it if anything happens to it! Their advertising is not true! Shame on you @Dyson @AskDyson fix my item or refund my money!
