.@eve_sleep I ordered a bed, which has still not come, it was supposed to be delivered Sat then I was told it was delayed + rebooked for Tues. I worked from home to accommodate delivery + it didn't turn up. I have since complained to both Eve + courier and have not had an update

.@Fly_Norwegian today your service has been appalling. Flight was changed to Wamos Air, then the WiFi didn't work nor was there entertainment onboard, the staff were rude + we have since been at the airport waiting for bags for over 4 hrs! Not one person from Norwegian has helped
