@easyJet been out of pocket for 9 months after paying for everything after being stranded abroad without our luggage, then to be charged to call to try and claim our expenses back, to then be dismissed and being promised a callback that never came.

@easyJet we have been waiting 9 months for our out of pocket expenses when we had to sleep on the airport floor on our All inclusive Easy jet holiday. 85 phone calls and 36 e mails. Called yesterday and was promised a call back. No one rang and the call cost £13!!! Disgraceful.
