@paolosanguineti @Flight_Refunds @easyJet Yep terrible

[Lucy P-Pearce @LucyPeachPP]

@easyJet are such a joke. Cancelled my Stepdad's flight to Spain but won't refund him the return flight from Malaga when he's got no way of getting out there🤷‍♀️ #sortitout #wherestherefund

[Lucy P-Pearce @LucyPeachPP]

@easyJet after a total of 7 hours on hold this week still no refund on a return flight when the outbound one is cancelled how is that acceptable? #whatajoke #sortitouteasyjet

[Lucy P-Pearce @LucyPeachPP]

When informing @IKEAUKSupport of the issue they wouldn't put us through to their technical team. We wasted an hour on the phone with no resolution found. We were even told we'd need to pay £25 to exchange it and not even in the shop thus delayed installation further #TERRIBLE

[Lucy P-Pearce @LucyPeachPP]

We've spent thousands of £ with @IKEAUK and due to wrongly listing the wattage of the oven on their oven our entire kitchen may have to be ripped back out by electricians #whatajoke

[Lucy P-Pearce @LucyPeachPP]

Absolutely appalling service from @IKEAUKSupport today. Their data sheet on their website incorrectly lists the wrong wattage for an oven we purchased
